Lori Fulton

Lori A. Fulton, 34, of Ipava died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2002, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born Oct. 15, 1967, in Macomb, a daughter of Eldon and Linda Beam Howard. She married Daniel Wherley. She later married Donnie Rutledge. She then married Scott Fulton. He survives.

Also surviving are her parents of Ipava; her maternal grandmother, Mary Beam of Smithfield; three daughters, Brandie Wherley, Kayla Wherley and Cheyenne Rutledge, all at home; two sons, Justin Wherley and Dalton Rutledge, both at home; two stepdaughters, Tori Fulton and Summier Fulton, both at home; one stepson, Tyler Fulton, at home; one sister Kelli (and Mike) Kukulka of Lake Villa; two brothers, Matt Howard of Bloomington and Rod Howard of Knoxville; and one grandson.

She had been a CNC operator at Porcelain Products in Macomb and was a member of the United Steel Workers of America.

Services were held Tuesday at Berean Christian Church in Ipava with Rev. Layton Malone and Damien Spikereit officiating. Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to an education fund established for her children at Ipava State Bank.
