Cheyenne RutledgeCheyenne A. Rutledge, 30, died at 11:03 p.m. Sept. 15, 2024, in Kansas City, Mo.

She was born May 17, 1994, in Macomb, a daughter of Donnie and Lori Howard Rutledge.

Surviving are her father and stepmother, Donnie and Laurie Rutledge of Wayland, Mo.; grandparents, Eldon and Linda Howard of Ipava, Richard and Delores Maxson of Table Grove and Barbara Wall of Wayland, Mo.; three sisters, Brandie (and Matthew) Hickle of Ipava, Kayla (and Eric) Cleland of Winterset, Iowa, and Carrie Hammer of Wayland, Mo.; two brothers, Justin Wherley and Dalton Rutledge, both of Winterset, Iowa; one half-sister, Maegan Cherry of Marietta; one half-brother, Kurtis Rutledge of Macomb; several nieces and nephews, including her special niece Nova Rain Hickle, who was near and dear to her heart.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lori Fulton; grandfather, John Wall; and two uncles, Matthew Howard and David Wall.

She worked as a cashier. She was an accomplished artist.

Services were held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Matthew Thiner officiating. Burial was beside her mother in the Ipava Cemetery.
