Connie M. Fields, 50, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Ipava, died at 12:53 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 1995, at home.
She was born June 6, 1945, at Canton, a daughter of Howard and Alice Chenoweth Chambers. She married Dale E. Fields on Nov. 23, 1963, at Smithfield. He survives.
Other survivors include her mother, Alice Chambers of Ipava; one son, Robb Fields of Fort Worth; two daughters, Lori Fields of Vermont and Amy Salmon of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; four brothers, Lee Chambers of Danville, Iowa, Frank Chambers and Larry Chambers, both of Ipava, and Richard Chambers of Lewistown; and four sisters, Geraldine Myers and Judy Rench, both of Canton, Dorla Helle of Cuba and Lynn Spangler of Ipava.
She was preceded in death by her father. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Congregation in Richland Hills, Texas.
Funeral services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava with Elder Robin Raymer officiating. Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.
