John “Harve” Fouts, 45, of Indianapolis, Ind., died on Sunday, Nov. 22, 1992, at home following a lengthy illness.
He was born Feb. 24, 1947 in Macomb, a son of Glenn and Wanda Lee (Ruth) Fouts.
Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer and Amy; one grandson, Jeremy; his parents, Glenn and Wanda Lee (Ruth) Fouts; grandmother, Nellie Ruth; two aunts, Betty Brown and Maxine Smith.
He was preceded in death by one brother.
He was a graduate of Richwoods High School in Peoria and attended Culver-Stockton and Purdue universities. He was employed by Baldwin Piano and Organ Co. in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Speedway Christian Church in Speedway, Ind. and the Tecumseh Lodge.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Wayne Rouse officiating.
