Mrs. Verna Endres, 88, of Clarytona Manor Nursing Home in Lewistown, formerly of Lewistown, died at 7:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 1990, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born Sept. 2, 1901, in Woodland Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Moses and Lidia Bubb Danner. She married Floyd A. Endres on Sept. 15, 1920, in Ipava. He died Aug. 29, 1974.
She also was preceded in death by one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Surviving are two sons, Otis F. Endres of Fairview and Delbert E. Endres of Lewistown; one daughter, Mildred Rohrer of Canton; nine grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one stepgreat-great-granddaughter; and her twin sister, Mrs. Irene Easley of Vermont.
She attended Astoria Church of the Brethren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Henry Memorial Home in Lewistown, with visitation two hours before the services. Rev. Mark Kaley will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
