She was born Sept. 25, 1974, in Rushville, a daughter of George and Ann Shanks Pascal. She married Josh Duckwiler.
Surviving are one son, Trey Hallmark of Canton; one daughter, Jasmine Abbott of Canton; her mom, Ann (and Bill Burnham) Mitchell of Canton; one brother, Mylo (and Amanda) Mitchell of Peoria; one sister, Cheyenne Mitchell of Springfield, Ohio; grandmothers, Jeannine Shanks of Astoria and Janie Pascal of Lewistown; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father; her stepfather, Wayne Mitchell; and her grandfathers.
She was a Pediatric LPN, working at Renaissance Care Center in Canton with the children.
A visitation was held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. A memorial service followed with Pastor Lisa Fike officiating. Inurnment will be in the Woodland Cemetery at a later date.
