She was born Aug. 17, 1985, in Canton, the daughter of Lucinda Duckwiler.
Surviving are fiancée, Chuck Stoops of Astoria; father, Tim (and Vera) Vaughn of Paris, Ill.; two stepbrothers, Joseph (and Kari) Vaughn and Jordan (and Jan-Nicole Thomas) Vaughn, both of Astoria; one granddaughter, Hannah Hoerr of Astoria; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Xena Hoerr; her mother, Lucinda Vaughn; grandparents, Albert and Edith Duckwiler; and three uncles, Russell, Alvin and Doug Duckwiler.
She was a care provider.
Services were held Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Darrin Fish officiating. Burial was in the Summum Cemetery.
