Jacob Alexander Dupoy, 1-day-old son of Dale and Sarah (Grate) Dupoy of Wyoming, formerly of Rushville, died at 3:43 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2006, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, where he was born at 11:20 a.m. Thursday.
Surviving are his parents of Wyoming; one sister, Marissa Lynn; one brother, James Ronald, both at home; grandparents, Charles and Judy Depoy, David Grate and companion Georgia Morrell and Pat Grate, all of Rushville; great-grandparents, Billy and Minnie Dupoy Arnold, Eva Little, Lyle Jr. and Joanne Grate, and June Haines, all of Rushville; and great-great-grandparents Everett and Lucille Ward of Rushville.
He was preceded in death by three great-grandfathers, Ernest Charles Dupoy, James Little and Ronald Lee Haines.
Private graveside services were held Monday at Rushville City Cemetery with Dr. E. Ambrose Stump officiating. Wood Funeral Home in Rushville was in charge of arrangements.
