Gary Lee Corman, 62, of Kelso, Wash., formerly of Pekin died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, at his home.

He was born March 24, 1941, in Pekin, a son of Ambrose M. and Ella Mae Corman. He married Alice F. Sherman. She survives.

Also surviving are his mother and stepfather, Ella Mae and Bud Busby of Astoria; one daughter, Lorraine "Lana" Wollam; one stepdaughter, Danita Kynaston; three stepsons, Delbert Denman, Darren Sherman and Sam Hobbs; one brother, Les; four sisters, Terry Briggs, Julie Anderson, Sharon Ratcliff and Joyce Barns; one stepbrother, Byron Corman; six stepsisters, Marsha, Pam, Nancy, Debbie, Kim and Holly; and seven grandchildren.

He was an Army veteran.

He was a mechanic at Tollycraft and Mounsey Corp., both in Washington state, and was a truck driver for Swanson Fuel in Kelso for the last 25 years.

Services were held Monday at Valley Baptist Church in Longview, Wash. Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Kelso. Cascade Northwest Funeral Chapel at Green Hills Memorial Gardens & Crematory in Kelso was in charge of arrangements.
