She was born Aug. 29, 1958, in Rushville, a daughter of William Harvey and Lola Jean Danner Bowman. She first married Mike Thomas, and later married Rick Stambaugh.
Surviving are three children, Billy (and Tina) Bowman, Johnny (and Lindsey) Thomas and Jackie (and Joe) Surratt; one sister, Pam Bowman; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her parents; and one brother, Tim Bowman.
Throughout her life, she worked for DOT Foods Store, Excel and Fibra Steel. She was a member of Astoria Grace Bible Church and of Astoria Christian Church.
As per her wishes, there will be no services. Cremation rites will be accorded with Sedgwick Funeral Homes and Crematory in Canton.
