L. K. Billingsley Dies At Age 79L. K. Billingsley Dies At Age 79Lester K. Billingsley, 79, of Beverly Hills, Birmingham, Mich., died Feb. 21, 1980, at the Ford Hospital in Detroit.
He was born Apr. 25, 1900, a son of Benjamin W. and Rachel (Brown) Billingsley near Astoria.
Surviving are his wife, and one sister, Mrs. T. G. (Golda) Ashwood of near Vermont.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Seth, Clarence and Festis (Jim).
He was a veteran of World War II. He sold his business several years ago due to ill health.
Attending the funeral from this vicinity were Mrs. Golda Ashwood, son and wife. Nephews were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Billingsley, daughter and husband and Rude Billingsley.
