She was born Jan. 29, 1944, in Beardstown, a daughter of Burdette and Shirley Riggal Baker. She married Max Knous on Aug. 5, 1961, in Rushville. He preceded her in death. She later married Robert J. “Jeff” Albers on Dec. 10, 1983, in Rushville. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Scot (and Kerry) Knous of Canton, Mich., and John (and Dawn) Knous of Rushville; one daughter, Kathy Moore of Rushville; one sister, Pat Acker of Normal; two stepdaughters, Bree Albers of Springfield and Jannell Clark of Ft. Myers, Fla.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was employed by Kozy Korner Restaurant, Ayerco Convenience Center and later was a dispatcher at the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department.
Funeral services were held Friday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Fred Fritz officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
