Judy WindsorJudy L. Windsor, 76, of Ipava died at 8:12 a.m. Oct. 16, 2021, at her home.

She was born March 12, 1945, in Kerton Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Howard and Pauline Stockham Ogden. She married Larry Windsor on Aug. 4, 1960, in Maples Mills. He preceded her in death on March 18, 2011.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John Ogden; and three sisters, Dorthea Ogden, Charlotte Towery and Melba Jean Burget.

Surviving are one daughter, Teresa (and Doug) Hamm of Astoria; two sons, Chuck (and Linda) Windsor and Carl “Boob” (and Vicky) Windsor, both of Astoria; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was a LPN, working at several nursing homes. She also worked at Astoria Fiber-Steel, Canton Manufacturing, Bonnett’s Turkey Hatchery in Havana and a home health caregiver.

She was the Woodland Township Supervisor for 40 years and also served on the Multi-Township Board.

Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Matthew Thiner officiating. Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery in Astoria.

Memorials may be made to McDonough District Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
