She was born Feb. 1, 1965, in Havana, a daughter of Don and Janet Curless Summers. She married Chris White on Oct. 5, 2000, in Fairfield, Texas. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Sean Smith of Teague and Mason White at home; one daughter, Linzy White at home; her mother, Janet Summers of Browning; her father, Don (and June) Summers of Crawford, Texas; her maternal grandmother, Bea Curless of Bluff City; one brother, Vincent (and Molly) Summers of Toledo, Ohio; one sister, Becky (and Sean) Rossman of Washington; and one half brother, Chuck (and Marylou) Tonks of Havana.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Teague.
Services were held Friday at Bluff City Community Church with Wayne Curless and Jerry Sawyer officiating. Burial was in Bluff City Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
