Helen G. Wagner, 89, of Astoria, died at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 1996, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born May 2, 1907, in McDonough County, a daughter of William and Mabel Browning Wagoner. She married Theodore Wagner on Feb. 25, 1928, in Bardolph. He died Dec. 13, 1963. She also was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Surviving are one son, Richard Wagner of Astoria; two sisters, Ferne Hofmeister of Blandinsville and Merle Lorton of Gladstone; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a retail sales clerk.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb with Rev. Gary Schultz officiating.
Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
