Terry Allen Workman, infant son of Phillip and Vickie St. Dennis Workman, died early Wednesday morning, Feb. 4, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville, shortly after birth.
He is survived by his parents of Astoria; two sisters, Tammie Jean and Linda Ann, at home; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Workman of Astoria and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Edna St. Dennis of Canton.
Graveside services were conducted at the Astoria Cemetery Thursday morning by Rev. Joseph Gift.
