She was born June 2, 1928. She married Duane D. Ulmer on Sept. 2, 1944, in Macomb. He preceded her in death on Feb. 16, 1996.
She also was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Alexa Dailey; and six siblings.
Surviving are two sons, Bill (and Joyce) Ulmer of Macomb and Mike (and Cathy) Ulmer of Table Grove; one daughter, Sue (and Mike) Dailey of Ipava; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She and her husband owned Ulmer’s Ford Sales for 32 years in Ipava and later Lewistown. She served the business as secretary and bookkeeper.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with her son Mike Ulmer officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Harris Cemetery in Table Grove.
Memorials may be made to the Vermont Christian Church Playground Fund, Doddsville United Methodist Church or the Wesley Village Activity Fund.
