HENRY D. “BUD” ULMER

Henry Ulmer

Henry D. “Bud” Ulmer, 95, of Macomb, formerly of Bushnell, died at 5:10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 1995, at Elms Nursing Home.

He was born Jan. 11, 1900, in Roseville, the son of Walter and Nellie Matteson Ulmer. He married Ida Fern Thomson on June 3, 1925, in Macomb. She survives in Macomb.

Also surviving are one son, Duane D. of Lewistown; one daughter, Betty K. Beasley of Quincy; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Two sisters preceded him in death.

He and his wife farmed in the Table Grove area for nearly 50 years until retiring and moving to Bushnell. He was a member of Point Pleasant United Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Monday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell with Rev. Mary Jo Williams officiating. Burial was in Bushnell Cemetery.
