He was born Dec. 13, 1940, in Canton, a son of Hubert E. and Dorothy E. Lindstom Southwood. He married Mary Jane Schleich, they were later divorced.
Surviving are two sons, Craig (and Christy) of Lewistown and Chris (and Tammy) of Astoria; one sister, Judy Demoss of Canton; one brother, Gary (and Delores) of Canton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his best friend and life partner, Jane Hobbs.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie and Richard.
Per his wishes there will be no services. Cremation will be accorded. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
