N. Roliene Sales, 95, of Eureka, formerly of East Peoria and Adair, died at 8:35 p.m. May 30, 2021, at her residence.N. Roliene Sales, 95, of Eureka, formerly of East Peoria and Adair, died at 8:35 p.m. May 30, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 17, 1925, in Industry, a daughter of Samuel and Opal Aten Hayes. She married Harold M. Sales on Feb. 16, 1944, in Peoria. He preceded her in death on April 10, 2013.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Joetta Bidle; and one infant sister.
Surviving are three daughters, Elaine (and Claude) Mott of Norman, Okla., Joyce Delaney of East Peoria and Carol (and Michael) Martin of Fox Lake; three sons, Norman (and Marianne) Sales of East Peoria; Edwin (and Janice) Sales of Marquette Heights and Jerry (and Annie) Sales of Eureka; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Peoria First Church of the Brethren for over 70 years and served in many capacities.
She spent many years volunteering in various church ministries and missions in both Illinois and Alabama.
There will be no visitation or funeral services at this time. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka is in charge of arrangements.
