Justin Wyatt Sager, 36, of Germantown Hills, formerly of Beardstown, died March 2, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wis.Justin Wyatt Sager, 36, of Germantown Hills, formerly of Beardstown, died March 2, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wis.
He was born April 13, 1981, in Rushville, the son of Wyatt and Sarita Webb Sager. He married Kacy Lyn Poorbaugh on April 16, 2011, in Morton. She survives.
Also surviving are two children, Norah Lyn and Keller Wyatt; his parents, Wyatt and Trish Sager of Beardstown; one sister, Nicole (and Jason) Potts of Morton; nieces and nephew, Caroline, Charlotte and Henry Potts; and grandparents, Sara and Gary Orwig, Joanna Sager, Don and Ellen Willms and Sherrilyn Poorbaugh.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarita; and grandparents, Boyd Sager and Bill Webb.
He graduated from Beardstown High School in the class of 1999 and from Monmouth College in 2004. He was currently employed with Caterpillar Inc. since 2005.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Morton United Methodist Church. Graveside services were held Wednesday in Hirstein Cemetery near Morton. Sager Funeral Home in Beardstown was in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to “Justin Sager Memorial Fund” established at Morton Community Bank for the benefit of his children.
