He was born June 15, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a son of Luther "Oley" and Joan Clark Stolp. They survive.
Also surviving are one son, Olen Wayne Stolp of Macomb; two brothers, Tony Stolp of Brooklyn and Jim Stolp of Rushville; and two sisters, Linda (and Bob) Herche of Rushville and Jackie (and John) Goddard of Browning.
He graduated from Rushville High School in 1979 and left the next day to work the wheat harvest in Texas.
He was a farmer and worked construction.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Blackburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
