She was born Sept. 27, 1929, in Vermont, a daughter of Charles Orlo and Ila Christine Weishaar Winston. She married Clark M. Stine in April of 1959, in Peoria. He died Oct. 11, 1987.
She also was preceded in death by one sister, Neva Wise; and one brother, Paul Richard Winston.
Surviving are one son, Glen Stine of Astoria.
She was a registered nurse working at Chicago City Hospital, OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville and Snyders Vaughn-Haven Nursing Home in Rushville. She also was administrator for Astoria Care Center for 15 years.
She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
Cremation services have been accorded. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Browning Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
