Jack Savage

Jack Dale Savage, 43, of Blandinsville, formerly of Table Grove, died at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at his residence.

He was born Dec. 5, 1956, in Canton, a son of Dale and Evelyn Bowhay Savage.

Surviving are his parents of Brownsville, Texas; five brothers, Mike (and Debbie) of Havana, Rick (and Cris) of Blandinsville, Bob (and Nancy) of Table Grove, Terry of Rock-ville, Ind., and Kenny (and Staci) of Longview, Texas; two sisters, Kathie Savage of Table Grove and Cris (and David) Ramos of Brownsville; and 18 nieces and nephews.

He received an associate's degree from Illinois Central College in Peoria and a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb.

Though disabled since 1978, he formerly worked at Caterpillar Inc.

Services were held Monday at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont with Rev. James Comstock officiating. Burial was in Harris Cemetery in Table Grove.
