Minnie Opal Schuman, 84, of Astoria Health Care Center, formerly of Browning, died at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 1990, at the health care center.
She was born Sept. 29, 1905, in Browning, a daughter of Michael and Ida Elizabeth Lane Schuman.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Samuel (Faye) Douglas of Astoria; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
She was a member of Bader Christian Church. Her hobby was cooking for friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at her church with Rev. James Shirley officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to her church.
Shawgo Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements.
