She united with the Church of the Brethren 30 years ago and lived a faithful Christian life until called away and when the end came she fell asleep in Jesus.

Feb. 9, she was annointed with oil in the name of the Lord, according to James 5:14 and just a few days before passing away she spoke of going home and said she was only waiting.

Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Brethren in Astoria, Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Gruber and Rev. Lind. Burial in South Fulton cemetery.

Beautiful toiler, thy work is done,
Beautiful soul into glory gone,
Beautiful life with its crown now won, God giveth thee rest.
Rest from all sorrow and sighing and tears,
Rest through God's endless, wonderful years,
At home with the blest.
