Mrs. Roy Rust Obituary.

The Commercial Advertiser (Red Cloud, Nebraska.) — On last Friday evening at the hour of 7 o’clock, Mrs. Ada Rust, wife of Roy Rust, surrendered her soul to the grim reaper and passed into that eternal sleep which knows no earthly awakening.

Mrs. Rust was taken quite ill with an attack of appendicitis on Sunday, October 24th, but her condition was not considered serious until only a few hours before her death, when it was found that nothing but an operation could save her, but she proved too weak to withstand this.

In her passing the husband suffers the loss of an ideal helpmate, the small son, Dallas, all that the term, mother, could mean, the mother, father and sister, a loving daughter and sister, and the community one who was always ready to lend a helping hand in times of need.

Ada Edith Fitz was born in Astoria, Illinois, August 26, 1890, having attained the age of 30 years, 2 months and 3 days at the time of her passing. When only a mere girl she came to this city with her parents, where she has since resided. Some ten years ago she was united in marriage to Roy Rust, this union being blessed by one son.

She leaves to mourn their loss the husband and son, her mother, Mrs. Emanuel Fitz and one sister, Miss Beulah, of Astoria, Illinois, her father, of Detroit, Michigan, and many other relatives, to whom the sympathy of the community is extended.

Funeral services, in charge of Rev. Bruce N. Eshelman, were conducted Tuesday afternoon, from the Brethren church, after which interment was made in the city cemetery.
