Olive L. Orsborn, 86, of Astoria Healthcare Center since February 1985, died at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 1998, at the center.
She was born May 18, 1912, in Canton, a daughter of Fred S. and Mary Shaw Davis. She married Edson C. Orsborn in 1935 in Rushville. He died Dec. 31, 1974. One sister preceded her in death.
Surviving is one son, Edson Jr. of Astoria.
She was a member of Astoria Evangelical United Brethren Church. She was a former member of Order of the Eastern Star, Astoria Chapter.
Private graveside services were held at the family plot at Harmony Cemetery in rural Astoria Township. Kost Memorial Home in Vermont was in charge of arrangements.
