Lifetime Resident Of Fulton County Dies Wednesday

Ipava, Aug. 23 — (Special) — Owen O. Onion, 71, a lifetime resident of Fulton county, died yesterday in the Graham hospital, Canton.

Born Aug. 10, 1880 in Woodland township, a son of James and Mary (Hughes) Onion, he was married on Dec. 23, 1902 to Calla Huff, who survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Arla Mercer and Mrs. Lena Hammond, of Ipava, and Mrs. Nona Plate, of Adair, and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon in the Christian church by the Rev. E. E. Catlin.

Burial will be in Ipava cemetery.
