Lloyd R. Mason, 76, of Table Grove, formerly of Industry and Good Hope, died at 12:15 a.m. July 11, 2019, at his residence.
He was born May 2, 1943, in Macomb, the son of Lawrence E. and Ruth Simon Mason. He married Beverly DeMott on June 22, 1968. She survives.
Also surviving are one sister, Lois Mason of Quincy; two brothers-in-law, Roger (and Miriam) DeMott of Webster, N.Y., and David (and Lauri) DeMott of Ipava; and three sisters-in-law, Lois Richardson of Temecula, Calif., Vonetta (and Evan) Morgan of Ipava and Marjorie (and George) Long of Adair.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his adopted parents, Doris and Ross DeMott; and one brother-in-law, Gerald DeMott.
Lloyd and Beverly lived in Good Hope and Industry before moving to Table Grove.
He worked for M&H Auto Supply, Tweed Mummert, Bob Root, and later worked for Farm King for 20 years in the tire shop where he was chosen employee of the month in October, 1991.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Reverend A. Lee Unger officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery.
Memorials be made to McDonough District Hospital Hospice and Table Grove Fire and Rescue Squad.
