She was born July 6, 1947, in Macomb, a daughter of Winscyal Fred and Naomi Morrell Agans. She married James Ivan McGaughey on Oct. 7, 1973, in Vermont. He survives.
Also surviving is one brother, David Agans of Mobile, Ala.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
She and her husband owned and operated McGaughey Electronics.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Vermont Cemetery with Rev. Tim Gilliland officiating. Interment followed. There will be no memorials. Worthington Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
