Linda M. McCombs, 54, of Astoria died at 6:20 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2002, in the Culbertson Memorial Hospital emergency room in Rushville.
She was born June 27, 1947, in Canton, a daughter of Henry David and Myrl LeMasters Orwig. She married Loyd McCombs on April 23, 1966, in Astoria. He survives.
Also surviving is one sister, Rita (and Robert) Hamm of Marathon, Fla.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Dwayne; and one sister, Betty Thomas.
She formerly worked at Astoria Manor.
Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Cliff Parry officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
