Donna McPeak

Donna F. McPeak, 63, of Blandinsville, died at 1:40 a.m. Monday, June 26, 1995, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.

She was born April 1, 1932, in Astoria, a daughter of Claude B. and Mabell Weese Siler. She married James E. McPeak on Aug. 15, 1949 in Palmyra, Mo. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, James F. McPeak of Blandinsville; three daughters, Mrs. Russell (Patty) Oliver of Blandinsville, Mrs. Jerry (Peggy) Shutwell of Biggsville, and Mrs. Tom (Penny) McCabe of Blandinsville; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, William “Don” Siler of Hopkins, Minn., Robert Siler of Peoria and Dean Siler of Champaign; two sisters, Norma Davis of Astoria and Margaret Kessler of Blandinsville; and several nieces and nephews.

She was born and raised in Astoria and lived most all of her life in the Blandinsville area. She was a member of the Blandinsville First Christian Church.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Blandinsville with Rev. A. Lee Unger officiating. Burial will be at the Glade City Cemetery in Blandinsville.

Memorials may be made to the Blandinsville First Christian Church or to the McDonough District Hospital Hospice Program.
