Edna B. Miller Dies In Florida

Edna Pearl Bentz was born Jan. 10, 1905, in South Whitley, Ind. and died Dec. 2, 1980, in Sebring, Fla.

On June 2, 1925, she married Cyrus D. Senger, son of Rev. and Mrs. S. J. C. Senger from east of Astoria. They lived with and took care of his Grandmother, Leah Gibble Bucher when he taught school at Mulberry. They moved to South Whitley, Ind. where he taught school and they raised their four children. Cyrus died Aug. 21, 1967 and their son, Leo died Apr. 17, 1977. Edna remarried on Sept. 4, 1971, to Carlus Miller who survives. In summer they lived in Monroeville, Ind., and wintered in Sebring, Fla.

She was very active in the local chapter of the Eastern Star and their church.

She leaves to mourn her husband; three children, Evelyn Martin of Crown Point, Ind., Sherman Senger and Dewey Senger, both of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, plus a host of senior citizen friends in Indiana and Florida where she was very active in their organizations. She had a great capacity for love and helping others. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
