Henry A. Miller Dies In California

Henry A. Miller, 74, of Hacienda Heights, Calif., died Jan. 6, 1980, at Whittier Hospital, Whittier, Calif.

Born Feb. 16, 1905, a son of Andrew and Viola Miller, he married Frances E. Antunez in Los Angeles, Calif., on Nov. 14, 1930. She survives.

Henry was an Astoria area resident and farmer for a number of years before returning to Lancaster, Calif., in 1949 to operate his ranch. When he retired in 1971, he was employed by the National Cash Register Co.

Other survivors include three sons, Albert, Duane and Douglas, all of California; one brother, Ralph, of Astoria, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson, all of California.

One daughter, Joanne, one brother, Harry, and his parents preceded him in death.

He was a member of St. Epithany Catholic Church. The rosary service was held Jan. 8 and graveside services were held Jan. 9 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery with Father Hunt officiating.
