VeteranRobert E. Lee Of Ipava Dies

Robert E. Lee, 66, of Ipava died at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 1980 at his home.

He was born April 10, 1914, in Ipava, the son of William B. and Margaret Helen Notman Lee.

He was a veteran of WW II and a member of the Ipava American Legion. He was a retired railroad employee.

Surviving are one brother, John of Orangeville; and four sisters, Mrs. Melba Karg of Western Springs, Mrs. Annabell McMullen of Macomb, Mrs. Margaret Herriford of Ipava, and Mrs. Cathryn Kirkpatrick of Bardolph.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and Harry.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava with Rev. Earl Moore officiating. Burial was in the Ipava Cemetery.
