Thomas Lee Kaup, 45, of Covina, Calif., died June 6, 2006, in Chino, Calif., as the result of a construction accident.
He was born Oct. 20, 1960, a son of Marvin and Patricia Thompson Kaup. He married Joyce Marie Burch on April 8, 1989. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents of Chewelah, Wash.; one daughter, Jessica at home; one grandmother, Margaret Thompson of Astoria; three brothers, Darrell (and Melissa) of Holladay, Utah, David (and Tammy) of Corona, Calif., and Douglas (and Kristi) of Hartselle, Ala.; and one sister, Cheryl (and John) Rippel of La Verne, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Al and Alma Kaup; and his grandfather, Elzie Thompson.
He attended school in Rowland School District and later moved to Charter Oak School District where he graduated from Royal Oak High School in 1979 in Covina, Calif. He attended college in Walnut, Calif.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Upland, Calif.
Services were held June 15. Cremation was accorded. Burial was in Oakdale Cemetery in Glendora, Calif.
