Natasha Jacqueline Kukla, 21, of Sweet Home, Ore., died Monday March 22, 2004. She died as a result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident. She was born Dec. 13, 1982, in Richland, Wash., the daughter of John Steve and Candace Jill Mayall Kukla.
She is survived by her parents; two brothers, John Ross Kukla and Steven Craig Kukla; grandparents, Willis and Margaret Mayall of Missouri, Wanda Wear of Carthage, and Pete and Harriett Peterson, and Bill and Joella Reed, all of Sweet Home.
She is a 2001 graduate of Sweet Home High School, where she was a member of the golf team.
She worked at Wal-Mart for the past three years as customer service manager.
She had planned to attend college and study radiology.
She attended River of Life Fellowship.
A celebration of Natasha's life will be held at Berean Christian Church in Ipava at 10 a.m. Saturday. Workman & Steckly Funeral Chapel in Sweet Home is in charge of arrangements.
