Natasha KuklaNatasha Jacqueline Kukla, 21, of Sweet Home, Ore., died Monday March 22, 2004. She died as a result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident. She is the daughter of former Ipava and Carthage residents.

She was born Dec. 13, 1982, in Richland, Wash., the daughter of John Steve and Candace Jill Mayall Kukla.

She is survived by her parents; two brothers, John Ross Kukla and Steven Craig Kukla; grandparents, Willis and Margaret Mayall of Missouri, Wanda Wear of Carthage, and Pete and Harriett Peterson, and Bill and Joella Reed, all of Sweet Home.

She is a 2001 graduate of Sweet Home High School, where she was a member of the golf team.

She worked at Wal-Mart for the past three years as customer service manager.

She had planned to attend college and study radiology.

She attended River of Life Fellowship.

A celebration of Natasha's life will be held at Berean Christian Church in Ipava at 10 a.m. Saturday. Workman & Steckly Funeral Chapel in Sweet Home is in charge of arrangements.
