Arlena Marie Rogers Koch, 57, of Rushville, died at 7:19 p.m. Friday, July 18, 1997, at the home of her daughter in Rushville.

She was born Dec. 1, 1939, in Astoria, a daughter of Laurence Oliver and Lois Geraldine Stambaugh Rogers. She married Cyril Edward Koch on Aug. 31, 1974, in the Quad Cities. He survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Christy Park-Beatty of Rushville; five stepsons, Fred of Miami, Jerry of Rushville, David of Lafayette, Ind., Billy of Marine and Denny of Lynn, Mass.; three stepdaughters, Sheila Devining of Idabel, Okla., Lesa Ritter of Monticello, Ind., and Jacqueline Corbitt of Arizona; one brother, Phillip Rogers of Marana, Ariz.; one half brother, Larry Rogers of Astoria; four grandchildren; 22 stepgrandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Her parents preceded her in death.

She was a packer at Zeta Corp. in Macomb for one year. She also was a waitress at the former Mary’s Dari-Maid in Rushville for seven years.

Services were held Tuesday at Wood-Roby Funeral Chapel with Rev. Stacy Tomich officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
