Donna L. Johns, 80, of Canton died at 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 1998, at Heartland Health Care.
She was born Jan. 13, 1918, in Summum, the daughter of Ernest “Elzie” and Winnie Shields Wrestler. She married William E. Johns on Sept. 6, 1938, in Summum. He died in November 1981. She also was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
Surviving are one son, Brian of Overland Park, Kan.; three grandchildren; and one brother, Gene Wrestler of Canton.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, where visitation will be 30 minutes before services with Rev. James McCracken officiating. Cremation has been accorded.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
