Beulah L. (Irwin) Jennings, 84, of Rushville, died at 9:33 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 1996, at the Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
She was born on March 30, 1912, near Cuba in Fulton County, a daughter of Lewis and Sadie Noe Irwin.
She is survived by Mrs. Willie (Nellie) Bucher of Astoria, who lived with Beulah as a child; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Luola Yocum; and five brothers, Fred Irwin, Clifford Irwin, Arthur Irwin, William Irwin and Byron “Pink” Irwin.
She graduated from Rushville High School in 1931 and worked at Culbertson Memorial Hospital 25 years until retiring in 1974.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at the Cuba Cemetery in Cuba with Rev. Robert Kirkham officiating. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville was in charge of arrangements.
