Mrs. Faye Jones, 74 of Bushnell died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born in Astoria Aug. 18, 1897, a daughter of Henry and Mary A. Brown Hess. She was married to Ura Jones in Peoria Sept. 12, 1919.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Falder of Mayfield, Ky., and Mrs. Barbara Frederick of Avon; a son, George of Olney; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Maude Combs of Macomb; and a brother, Ralph Hess of Astoria.
Mrs. Jones was a member of United Methodist Church and a 50-year member of Home Bureau Extension.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home with burial in the Bushnell Cemetery.
