Mildred Lois Hickenbottom, 92, of Bickford Cottage, Macomb, formerly of Table Grove, died at 7:10 p.m. Jan. 24, 2012, at Bickford Cottage.
She was born Nov. 1, 1919, in Farmers Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Oma and Essie France Chambers. She married Isaac Wesley Hickenbottom on Feb. 3, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1997.
She also was preceded in death by one sister, Marjorie Gilmore.
Surviving are two sons, Gail Hickenbottom of West Des Moines, Iowa, and Loren (and Rowena) Hickenbottom of Farmington; one sister, Dorothy (and George) Heller of Table Grove; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She lived all of her life in the Table Grove area before residing a short time at Bickford Cottage.
She was a member of Homemaker's Extension Association.
She attended North Hickory Grove School and graduated from Table Grove Community High School.
Services were held Sunday at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Pastor Victor Randle officiating. Burial was in Harris Cemetery in Table Grove.
