Steven L. Hollenback, 54, of Table Grove died at 3:36 p.m. Oct. 31, 2006, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Oct. 15, 1952, in Macomb, a son of Harlow Eugene and Melba Jean Brown Hollenback.
Surviving are his mother of Table Grove; three sons, Cole, Reece and Tyler of Ipava; three brothers, Michael L. and Jerry L., both of Table Grove and Danny W. of Vermont; and two sisters, Sharie Jean Hollenback and JoAnn Hollenback, both of Table Grove.
He was preceded in death by his father; one son, Jerry, and a son in infancy.
He was employed as a construction worker.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Harris Cemetery in Table Grove. Cremation has been accorded.
