Jerry A. Hollenback, 19, of Table Grove, died at 2:12 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, 1995, in Farmers Township, west of Table Grove.
He was born Aug. 13, 1976, in Michigan City, Ind., a son of Steven and Candice Cooper Hollenback.
Surviving are his father of Table Grove; mother of Las Vegas, Nev.; stepmother, Teresa Hollenback of Table Grove; grandmother, Melba Hollenback of Table Grove; three brothers, Cole Hollenback, Reece Hollenback, and Tyler Hollenback, all of Table Grove; step-grandparents, Donald and Sherry Sorrells of Ipava; four uncles, Roy Copper of Gary, Ind., Michael Hollenback of Ipava, Jerry Lee Hollenback of Table Grove, and Danny Hollenback of Vermont; two aunts, Sharie Hollenback of Table Grove and Jo Ann Hollenback of Bushnell; numerous cousins; and a special friend Jennifer Young of Table Grove.
He worked at Vermont Foundry in Vermont.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Kost Memorial Home in Vermont. Private family burial of ashes will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Harris Cemetery in Table Grove with Rev. Howard Self officiating. Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kost Memorial Home.
