TANA M. (LEIGHTY) HENNINGS

Tana Hennings

Tana M. Hennings, 52, of rural Vermont died at 9:15 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2005, at her residence.

She was born Aug. 28, 1952, in Macomb, a daughter of L. Mack and Charlene Smith Leighty. She married Joseph A. Hennings on Aug. 28, 1970, in Vermont. He survives.

Also surviving are her parents of rural Vermont; two sons, Timothy (and Amy) of Milan and Tyler (and Jenny) of Blandinsville; one brother, Joey (and Cindy) Leighty of Vermont; one sister, Lynn (and Robert) Schmidt of Springfield; and three grandchildren.

She worked at Bob's Plumbing and Heating in Macomb.

She was a member of Vermont Christian Church.

Cremation had been accorded. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Pennington Point Cemetery in McDonough County with Rev. Tim Gilliland officiating. There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to McDonough District Hospital Hospice Program or Myra Lancaster, her caregiver.
