George Stephen “Steve” Heller, 53, of rural Table Grove died at 4:40 p.m. Friday, March 31, 1995, at Iowa City Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.
He was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Table Grove, a son of George and Dorothy Chambers Heller. He married Violet J. Saville on June 10, 1967, in Table Grove. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents of Table Grove; three sons, Wayne of West Palm Beach, Fla., Blake of Adair and Faron of Table Grove; two sisters, Dorla Adamson of Bartonville and Janet Cobb of Bushnell; two brothers, Don and Rick, both of Table Grove; and two grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death.
He farmed in the Table Grove area.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Table Grove Community Church with Rev. Howard Self officiating. Burial was in Vermont Cemetery.

Kost Memorial Home in Vermont was in charge of arrangements.
