Mrs. Annie Huff died at about 8 o’clock Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Burley Shawgo. She had been ill since March of this year.
Mrs. Huff was born August 26, 1854 in the state of Pennsylvania. She was aged 84 years, 9 months and 29 days.
She was united in marriage to John Huff, who preceded her in death about 15 years ago. Children surviving are: Mrs. Burley Shawgo, Astoria; Mrs. Elmer Thomas, Emporia, Kansas; Mrs. Hiram Ogden, Foster, Mo.; Edward Huff, Richill, Mo.; Cleve and Charles Huff, of Summum; also two brothers, Frank Ebbert of Cerrogordo, Ill.; Emory Ebbert of Laporte, Ind.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3:30 at the Christian church, Summum, conducted by Rev. L. A. Crown. Burial in Ipava cemetery.
