Thomas Glover

Thomas Eugene Glover, 67, of Frederick, Okla., died Jan. 16, 2024, at his home.

He was born Nov. 12, 1956, in Canton, a son of Chester and Elma Bowman Glover.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara of Oklahoma; three sons, Tommy Glover of Illinois, Kevin Lawrence of Iowa and Dylan Glover of Oklahoma; one daughter, Tiffany Glover of Iowa; two stepsons, Willie and Thomas Mason, both of Oklahoma; one sister, Linda Brown of Illinois; one brother, Michael Glover of Illinois; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by both his parents; and one brother, Gary.

He graduated from VIT High School in 1974. He enlisted in the Army shortly after graduation and was stationed in Germany for a time. He was honorably discharged from the Army at the post at Fort Sill ­— Lawton, after 20 years of service.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Okla., with full military honors. Services were under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick, Okla.
