Jack H. Groff, 68, of Macomb died at 5:29 p.m. March 23, 2010, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
He was born May 18, 1941, in Lewistown, the son of Gerald and Ilene Berry Groff.
Surviving are one son, Chip (and Amy) Groff of Macomb; two sisters, Diana (and John) Modlin of Adair and Beverly (and Howard) Roberts of Macomb; two grandchildren; four nephews; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Missy and Lana Groff.
He worked at Means Towel Service, Minus Muffler and last at McDonough County YMCA.
Services were held Monday at Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home with Rev. Layton Malone officiating. Burial was in LaHarpe Cemetery.
